The order in which modules are rolled out, who gets them and how they are maintained will determine the success of the rollout. You must plan carefully which modules go into production first, who will use them, and how the modules will be maintained. You must research this carefully.

When I was a systems integrator a long time ago I thought I'd publish a desk calendar with a new project management aphorism for every day of the year. But it turned out I only knew 148 things worth saying about project management. A friend suggested I fill in the blanks with recipes and jokes. That was before we knew about cat and dog photos. Does anyone even know what a desk calendar is anymore?
