Quit If You Fail
Project Managers do not learn from their mistakes. If you fail once, you will fail again for the same reasons. No one should hire a Project Manager who has failed. The only essential criterion for selecting a Project Manager should be that he or she has never failed. If you fail, it is better for everyone if you retire. There are other ways to make a living. You must apply this principle with integrity and pride.
